    Just Glad to be Able to Contribute

    I was thrilled to have been part of the 2013 Courage in Motion bike ride. The weather was perfect and the scenery at times breathtaking. The riders were mostly from Toronto but also Hamilton, Vancouver, Calgary, Los Angeles and Australia.more

    Ride On!

    Although I knew it would be an amazing trip, I hemmed and hawed about it for weeks. Should I take work off for Courage in Motion? Is it worth the long trip?
